Rookie, the new online magazine edited by Tavi Gevinson (who, if you didn't already know, is 15 years old) is not only about style & fashion; there are 15 category labels. The site is updated 3 times a day, 5 days a week with a monthly theme. This is not a place to be mean & rant or to talk only about what-to-buy. (Comments are moderated for content.) Here is Tavi's letter of introduction to Rookie.Rookie invites teenagers to submit material, too; this would be an excellent way to take a step up from commenting online to creating original content.
